For these springs, do you just replace the springs, or everything in the forks since they are longer?

Just the springs and the fork caps (or just the springs if you're finding them too soft). In my signature block there's a maintenance thread; I detailed some photos and some feedback on them.

TL,DR: if you're switching from Chimera fork caps and OEM springs to these springs and the OEM caps, there's about a 2mm-5mm difference in length. If you were ONLY changing the spring, you'd probably want to replace the spring collar (P/N 51402-KGH-901) with some PVC pipe of a slightly shorter length.

I installed a pair of these springs with the OEM caps on my bike, and swapped out to 15w Motul fork oil while I was at it. I have a second set for my son's bike yet to install. The fluid in my forks was red, like some others have reported, but seemed like they were probably filled with about the proper amount of fluid from the factory on both sides.

First impressions are good. No noticeable loss in cushy ride quality, but definitely more controlled hauling around my 235lbs.
