Hey, I just picked up my Trail 125 last week, and found this place searching for some details on the bike. My wife actually gave me this as a 40th birthday present, she put a deposit on one before I was even aware they existed. My primary use is to get to and from work, I live 2 miles from a private school campus where I teach, coach, dorm parent, all that fun stuff so I'm going back and forth from home to school many times a day. This is the ideal commuter. Oh and we have a zillion trails around us, so I've already been exploring in the woods with it, too. That's part of why it's perfect for my uses. I also have two young kids and have no desire to rip up the highway on a fast bike so again, the 125 suits my needs. I've only put 66 miles on it so far, but it's been a blast. Looking forward to many great years with this machine!

Aloha,
This sounds perfect for you and a Fun bike. I had a 1984 Trail 110 back in the day and I'm really enjoying my Trail 125. Safe riding!

Hi, where abouts in NH are you? I am in Weare NH, I got my trail 6 weeks ago, have about 1900 miles on it. Way more fun than I envisioned it would be. Every day, it is the bike I grab to ride.

Hey what's up! I'm in Holderness, up in the middle. Wow, 1900 miles. I think I'm still under 900 miles right now, but mostly because I use it to drive the 2.5 miles to work and back and little else so far. In the summer, I'm either with my kids or doing some task that requires a car, like hauling lumber or bikes or lots of tools and parts.

Glad you're loving your trail, I love mine too. So do all my coworkers who sometimes use it for things like marshaling a mountain bike race, or running to town for coffee.

Yep, my kids are grown now, but that was the way back then. I have a buddy up near the 104 diner that just picked one up in Biloxi Mississippi. He will be back in a week or so with it. Im sure he and I will meet up at the diner with the Trails. The furthest one way I have gone is to the beach, 55 miles. I can't get enough. It is fun to be excited to get on a bike and ride. Usually, it is, ok I will ride the Harley to work or wherever. But now it is, I get to ride the Trail to work!

It would be neat to see another one, I've never seen one anywhere aside from mine. The 104 Diner isn't too far from me, let me know when you're up here and I'll give it a slim chance that I'm free... but it can't hurt to try.

It really is a lot of fun, now I'm itching to ride mine. It's not helping that a friend left his 1974 MGB in my driveway so I've been using that for errands that might have been on the Honda, and it helps that I can at least take one kid with me in the MG. When that disappears, I'll get on the Honda more, and in another 6 weeks I'll be back at work every day (I'm a teacher) so my 2.5 mile commute will be in full effect.
