I will be passing on extending mine. If you had a lemon or bad luck it could pay for itself, but on a bike with an MSRP of $4k, it's a real game of chance whether there's going to be an issue covered by warranty where it will pay for itself in parts & labor, and Honda are betting that it won't pay for itself so they can make a profit selling peace of mind. It only covers manufacturer defects, and there's a long list of exclusions that are wear and tear or expendable parts. If you're just looking for roadside assistance, AAA has some plans or add-ons that cover motorcycles and can be purchased over the phone and used immediately after you pay for an annual membership. My AAA Plus RV package with motorcycle tow coverage costs $177/yr. Your motorcycle insurance may also offer (or already have included) some roadside assistance that would likely also be cheaper than buying the Honda Care for that purpose. Some credit cards even include roadside assistance as a benefit.
Honda has published the service contracts for Florida (not sure why Florida specifically, maybe a state specific legal requirement?) if you want to see what would likely be covered and not covered:
Get up to four years of complete protection on your new motorcycle, ATV, side-by-side or scooter with HondaCare.
