Yea I'm a big fan of Stanley products. Think I'm gonna get the front rack/light cover and the lunch box. From watching a video you need the H2C front rack in order for the H2C lunch box rack to fit with all the provided brackets. I'm sure the McGyvers out there could fabricate it to fit on other front racks/baskets, but if you want to go the route in the pictures/brochures you need the H2C stuff. I'll probably skip the stanley cooler on the back. Got mixed reviews plus they seem hard to find in certain colors. At one point they offered a Red version which would fit the US model nice but I haven't see that available anywhere, plus Stanley doesn't offer a black option in that cooler. They do have the green but I'll probably go with the black lunchbox (lunchbox offered in black and green) and some kind of black box in the back, or keep my milk crate. Not sure what the rack on the side of the bike is all about.

Here is the video you mentioned, and the rack on the side is the Endurance Side Case. All of the Stanley parts are available from Stanley. I had to get the Go Bottle from Stanley Japan, and the rest from Stanley USA. Unfortunately, the Stanley decal set and the Cub House/H2C tie down straps for the rear cooler are number controlled, and I haven't been able to break through that. Also, making a silver Trail 125 out of a red Trail 125 is going to cost more than $2000 in parts plus shipping.

and here is the side case:

Thanks for sharing. Just curious, you write that they are "number controlled" does that mean limited production, that they can only be ordered for a bike with VIN matching a Stanley Edition, or something else?

When I say number controlled, I mean that only a certain number were produced, and in some cases, you can't buy the custom parts to build one yourself. Without getting too far off topic, if a Honda Custom, says "Limited Edition", that means only a certain number were produced. Usually100, as I understand it, and I might be wrong. I don't think it has anything to do with the VIN number. There is a tag on each one in the showroom, with a number on it, from 1 to 100. The numbers are significant to some buyers, and some superstition is involved. For example, everyone wants #1 or perhaps #100, or perhaps #7 or another number that they feel is lucky, The number is prominently displayed on a tag on the bike in the showroom. When the CT125 was first introduced at the motor show in Bangkok that first year, there were two customs. A "Military Campster", which was brown and used every Kitaco accessory known at the time, and I think it had a Givi Side bag. There was also a "Farm Campster" built with every Gcraft part known at the time. There was a wooden box on the back, only which 125 were made, and the box was not available unless you bought the complete custom, as it only came with it. It was my understanding that 125 Military Campsters were made, and 125 Farm Campsters were made, but I think you could pretty much make both of them with off the shelf parts, except for the wooden box, and I don't know about the Kitaco side rack and bag. Kitaco still sells the side decal set that was on the Military Campster. However, I don't think you can go into a Cub House now and buy an already built Military Campster, and I am sure you can't buy a Farm Campster. Cub House just announced the Disney 100 Super Cub, and I am pretty sure you can't buy the chrome leg shield or the chrome side covers or special logos, it is all or nothing, and while I don't know it to be true, I think only 100 of them have been made.

I do not know how many Stanley Special Customs have been made, but I haven't seen a reference to them that mentions Limited Edition, and they are for sale at the Cub Houses, and Honda Dealers in Vietnam and other nearby countries. I do think once all have been sold, that is the end of the run. Here are the parts on the Stanley Special:

I have been unable to buy the Stanley Sticker Set, nor the Front Fender Emblem. You might have better luck than me, so don't give up without trying. Same for the Grey Barkbusters, but you can get the Grey plastic in the USA, and use the hardware from a Black, Red, or Orange set to make a Grey set. Here are the Stanley items that you can get from Stanley, but they won't have the CT125 stickers on them:
StanleyItems.jpg

There is no mention of the special tie down straps for the rear cooler, that say Stanley and Cub House on them. I was offered a used set of all four Stanley items and declined, because I already had all four, and didn't want to pay for four more with big shipping, just to get the four CT125 decals. I still don't have a source for those decals, but I wish that I had asked the guy if I could buy the used hold down straps from him.
Note that the Trail 125s we currently get are called JA55, and what we are calling the 2023 and what the Canadians are getting is the JA65. If you want to make a Stanley Special, you will have to start with a JA65.

There are about 30 Cub Houses in Thailand, and I think all of them got at least one Stanley Special. and my guess is that there were either 100 or 125 of them made. I do see that Cub House stopped pitching them on their web site now, so they all may have been made and shipped. I never saw more than one at any Cub House, but those were always up front on display, and I have no idea how many were in the back rooms ready for delivery. Here is that Disney 100 that is now the new hot item. While off topic, it does say the in this case, limited edition means only 100 are being made. Again, I don't know how many Stanley Special Editions were made.

So do you know of any place to buy these Stanley parts in the states other than beezdeals? I'm really only looking for the Front Carrier, Light Guard, and Tray for lunchbox.

Beezdeals is not in the States, they are in Thailand. With the exception of the Lunch box tray, which is new this year, all the rest of the H2C parts have been sold for more than two years and there have to be more than thousands of each of them sold. When The CT125 was introduced into Australia, the parts were just called official Honda Accessories, and there was no mention that they were H2C "Honda 2 Wheel Custom". There are many Thai vendors who sell them on eBay. Beezdeals just usually has the lowest prices, but everyone has them. If you want to buy them from Japan, Webike sells them:

It is a complete mystery as to why no USA entrepreneur hasn't imported a sea container full of Kitaco, H2C, and Gcraft parts to the USA and is selling them in the USA with normal shipping prices. If you want to see the history of them in Australia, watch the first few minutes of this video from two years ago:
