I got this one, it's not bad for what I use it for. If I had to do it over I'd probably get one the models that, (for about the same price) have a big screen and airplay/carplay for GPS. OTOH I'd always worry about theft so never mind.

I bought the center carrier just to protect the plastic bits if I drag a shoe or boot when mounting or dismounting the bike. My other high tech mod is an old Casio G Shock watch in the center of the handle bar mount. I put a piece of foam pipe insulation and wrapped the watch band around it. Then I secured it with two zip ties to make sure my high $$$ accessory doesn't walk away. I also added a bicycle bell just because.....
