Mirror mirror on the LRD

I ordered a set of Doubletake mirrors, extensions, ball mount and arms. I ordered two sets of ball mounts and extensions, and have them on my RX4.

How many are using these extensions? Do they get the mirrors outside the shoulders?

BTW, I JUST got back from a 5 days 1500+ mile adventure ride on Little Red Donkey. These mirrors are outstanding! Not just for the price, but, for whatever the price. They tightened on/set up easy at home and stayed put the entire ride. The rear view with these is excellent. They allowed me to look at what was behind me (and coming up on me) without my luggage or shoulders being in the way.

I bought the wrong set. No reverse thread mount for the left side. But when I tried to mount the right mirror, just to see how it would look, I found that my right side mirror is reverse threaded too! Am I crazy, or stupid, or has anyone else encountered this?
So you got the mirror extensions that he was talking about in the video. Did you order them using the link he gave? I know there are different thread patterns. I want to make sure I order the correct ones. Thanks, EE.

For anyone looking for these Hoosier mirrors recently, they seem to have run out of stock the past month. I messaged the seller (for some reason there appears to be only one seller of these things), and he said he wouldn't have them back in stock (in black anyway) until next Spring (2023).
Real bummer since they look like one of the nicest options.
