Hello all,

Some of this might be a little redundant, but I wanted to post a thread showing my whole build. I do not plan on doing much else to my bike other than tires at some point. I love this little bike and I wanted to make it uniquely mine.

For starters I bought my bike with 0 miles on it on August 25, 2023. I had been waiting for a red one, but I was especially happy when the green bikes came out because it is my favorite color. I had no thoughts on what direction to go with my bike, it just kinda came to me after I knew I wanted a milk crate on it like my old 110's. I became aware there were bigger milk crates than the ones I was used to for grocery stores and schools so I ordered one up in green. I had already installed Moto-Skill racks and a Motion J guard.

At this point the neon green was to much for me so I decided I wanted to take the crate project in the direction of looking like an ammo crate and give the bike a military theme in general. The crate is 11" tall so I decided to clad it in 1"x6" pine board, the dimensions worked out perfectly. Simultaneous to this project I had pulled the exhaust shields to black them out.

Next came the priming and painting of the two projects. The exhaust came out very nice blacked out.

Then the crate started getting coats of Rustoleum Hunt Club green, it is really close to the color of ammo crates.

The military stenciling was then ordered to commence.

Then some personalized yellow stenciling was applied to complete the ammo crate look.

The finishing touches were applied and the ammo crate was mounted. I initially thought I would call the bike "li'l Piggy" (because it ain't no hawg), but as of today I think it will be renamed Claymore!

Looks great. What paint did you use to black out the exhaust?

Finally someone who realizes that crates are fine for a nostalgia look, but today, a box should hide it's contents, keep the wind from blowing stuff out, and keep the cargo pretty dry while riding in the rain. Excellent job!

He needs a canvas mini-tarp to use in the rain:)
