Ok, but like... parking like he did is just rude. That was right next to a ADA ramp for access. With the center stand and narrow width, you can park it flush with the building on the center stand and it barely takes any space. Which is another reason why it's awesome!! I used that yesterday when I went to Edmonds. 2 huge ass bikes parking in the motorcycling parking. My tiny Honda fit flush up against the end of the space. What are they gonna do, complain? YOU MEET THE NICEST PEOPLE ON A HONDA.#2: Parking
2x 6 packs, 2 pizzas and 6 wine bottles.#3: Practicality
Filled the tank to the top after visiting my friend when it was approaching the empty line. I "only" get 102 mpg but that's for a lot of factors specific to me and terrain around here.#4: Gas prices & efficient
Yeah okay I'll give you that, I did park like a bit of a jack ass. Could have been flush with the building and taken up way less room.Ok, but like... parking like he did is just rude. There's no stopping the Karens, just got to not engage with them.
I guess the saying should be, it's more fun to ride a slow bike as fast as it goes, than it is to ride a fast bike slow. But yeah you're right, slow bikes are slower than fast bikes and that's what makes them fun.How do you ride a slow bike fast? A slow bike will not go fast!
hey thanks man I appreciate it, hopefully next video is coming out soon. Was thinking about doing an in-depth doug demuro style review of the bike. If you have any other ideas I would love to hear them!@calobster I liked and subscribed, when's the next video coming out ?
1. How to do a burnout on each bike.If you have any other ideas I would love to hear them!
Karens, now there's a subject! It drives me nuts to see bikes blocking sidewalks or handicap spots, and it's an unfortunately common sight.
At stores where there isn't designated motorcycle parking I try to park the CT125 next to the bike racks where it's out of the way of pedestrian and shopping cart traffic, and doesn't take up more room than anyone else parking their non-standard bicycle setup (adult tricycle, bicycle with trailer, etc). There are often security guards standing right there who appreciate a hello. If that's not available I go for an odd or small parking spot to try to not take a premium spot since most stores by me have very small parking lots that are full most of the time, but If I'm somewhere else with a big empty lot like Wally World, or I'm riding a full size motorcycle, I just grab a regular space and position the bike within it so it's visible enough that someone driving down the parking aisle won't easily mistake it for an empty spot and end up pulling right into my motorcycle. One of my riding buddies in IL has disabled veteran plates and a cane, still gets hassled by Karens parking his hog in handicap spots There's no stopping the Karens, just got to not engage with them.
