This is the base hardware kit for fitting Barkbusters to the CT125:

In addition to that you will want to order the plastic hand guards that attach to the hardware:

I’ve been told this kit which states it’s the only one that fits the 2023 CT already comes with weights??? Any ideas?

That hardware kit (part number BHG-087-00-NP) is exactly what I installed on my 2021 CT125 and it did not include weights, I purchased the weights separately. These ones:
