I went back to the website last night. It’s to mount a gas can. This is not the one I ordered in the previous pic. But I think I like it better. I plan on cutting off the can mount and attaching an aluminum tusk med pannier.

Fellow Yuba City Honda trail 125 owner here. Can you tell how your rack is working from last year? If it goo then I think I would like to order one. Can you advise where you bought it? (can't find it) Thanks!

If you hang your soft bad directly from the rack you save the cost of a side rack and the probability of the tool box bracket cracking

with many soft bags you can loop their closure flap up through the cutout at the side of the rack
