Hi all, what rides are you planning this year? I'm based in Toronto. Here is what I'm planning:
1. Toronto -Tobemory. 1 night camping in Tobemory

2. Toronto - Prince Edward County 1 night camp at sandbanks provincial park.

3. Lake Ontario Circle, Toronto- Kingston- Cape Vincent USA - Syracuse - Rochester - Buffalo - Toronto. 2 or nights camping or motel.

4. The Grand Adventure: Toronto - Houston TX - Toronto.

Wow energetic on a 125.... PM me on the Tobermory or PEC adventures - I'm usually pretty close and try to backpack the CT wherever I'm headed....

PS my buddy lives on PEC and knows all the back routes ;)

Nice! "The Grand Adventure" sounds like a wild ride. If you're looking to meet up with others while traveling, feel free to reach out when you have that one planned and I might be able to catch you on my CT somewhere in the USA.

The Grand Adventure has to be on everyone's agenda. Otherwise, what's the point.

Hi ,I am interested in some of these trips . Depending on the dates ,three weddings this summer. Please let me know when you have dates for them . Also if you want a trip to Niagara falls and Fort Erie . I have a big back yard on lake Erie to camp on . Maybe your trip 3 ,if you cross the Peace bridge . I am 10 minuets from the bridge .

Way cool. Thinking of doing Tobermory in May. Trip 3 will require planning, gear and nerve. Lots of nerve...

But here is an even better (brilliant!) idea. The eclipse is going to be viewable in totality from your property. Look at the screen shot

How about we ride up to your campsite, spend a night and view the total eclipse? Bikes only no cars or other support vehicles.

You are more then welcome . If its a nice day I can do a BBQ . Even if you trailer the bike ,Fort Erie to Niagara on the lake along the parkway .Is one of the nicest rides I think you could do on this little bike . See how mane people may want to attend . I don't know if I should put my address up on this site . How can i get it to you privately ?I have 1.2 acres so not cramped for space .

No need to give the exact address until enough people have signed up. You are in the Fort Erie area so the ride from Toronto avoiding highways will take about 4 hrs. The eclipse will be from 2 to 4 pm on April 8.

I don't have a trailer so my thinking is to start from Toronto on Sunday 8th morning, arrive by lunchtime, watch the eclipse. Camp overnight and return on 9th. The plan depends in the weather being clear.

Sounds like a plan . Is it open to other small bore bikes ? Or just CT125 . I don't think space is a problem. If the weather is nice enough ,people can ever camp right on the sand beach . I will leave it to you . Have fun . If its just you that's OK too .

Looks like everybody in US and Canada is heading into Niagara region. I'm thinking I should plan to arrive on the 8th and leave immediately on ninth by 4 pm.

Who else is coming?

Next adventure: Tobemory... All are welcome. Or we could travel separately and meet at the Crowsnest pub on the harbour and for their really great fish and chips. Sometime in May

Morning Shah . I am interested in your May trip .I am already committed to May 17 to 21 ,but if it falls outside of that date i would try and attend . As I have said ,I will set up a base camp at Inverhuron Provincial park . I think Tobermory would be about a two and a half hour ride from there . let me know your route and i can meet you some place . Highway 21 runs all along most of the rout . Thanks

Great. First thing, find a reservation for 2 nights with trailer. Weekday most likely but I'll look for a weekend.
