I haven't seen any being sold for the CT125 yet, but plenty of people have done DIY setups on the older CTs, and the Australian CT110 Postie bikes ran a pannier on each side. The rear rack isn't rated for much weight (maybe more so for liability and safety reasons than strength limits), but I think it would be great to have pannier mounts on each side that fit common bicycle panniers like the Ortlieb waterproof roll top bags. Putting weight on only one side doesn't sit right with me, even with little weight and low speeds.

should be pretty easy to fab one up. I have no desire to do so but can't be hard as there's the upper shock mount and lower exhaust mount to work off of.

I have two trailers like Chuck's. One in SWFL and the other in WNC. Wore out the bicycle tires and replaced then with pit bike wheels and tires. Pulled them behind many motorcycles and scooters.
Attach the hitch to lower shock mount.

I replaced the bearing in the trailer tires with quality Japanese one. I think it made the difference in them holding up for thousands of miles.

I have been towing the Aosom trailers for over 15 years mainly here in the mountains of WNC. They sure are handy for hauling stuff. Had them over 50 MPH.
Sold one to my buddy Jim Tom the moonshiner shown here hauling trailer trash behind his liquor scooter.

And here people are on this forum worrying about the weight limit listed on the rear rack, lol. In all seriousness, once you start to load up the CT125 with gear beyond a certain weight, you will run into the issue of weight distribution. You'll want to store some on a front rack or attached at the front forks. Even with a reasonable amount of weight on the rear rack the side stand starts to become useless where putting the bike on the side stand causes it to balance between the rear tire and side stand, lifting the front tire, and then tip over and take a dirt nap. Extending the side stand helps with this issue but doesn't eliminate it and that's likely why you'll see some of the loaded up bikes in other countries running a secondary side stand or always parking on the center stand.
It's the same reason that double leg stands (basically center stands) are common on touring and cargo bicycles.
