Joined the forum today. Have my name in at a couple of shops for a Trail 125. Took and passed the Basic Rider Course a couple weeks ago, so can now get my CY endorsement. Until the class, I hadn't ridden a motorcycle for nearly 50 years, Way back then had never ridden much, and never had any training. Probably rode as much in class as I have had previously. Looking forward to getting the Hunter Cub. From what the shops have said, I'll be lucky to get one by the end of summer.

If the anticipation doesn't kill you, you're in for a wonderful time. Never hurts to take that safety course. I let my license lapse from one state before I applied for one in another, and they required me to take the safety course. That was with 40 years of riding experience. Learned a few new things in the course. In the end, was glad that I went through it.
