I asked this awhile back maybe, but does anyone now a dependable site for a center rack? The Ebay sellers have the one I want but I get multiple warnings that I might have to pay extra for duities and import fees. I dont wasnt to get stuck.

I've ordered farkles from BeezDeals and WeBike without ever having been prompted to pay additional $$$ than what was prompted for at checkout. Might be another good option if eBay is warning you of having to potentially pay more fees upon delivery.

I’ve done a lot of trade with Beez. Never had an issue. Pay the extra for the FedEx shipping.

Really? My items get to me in less than a week, from 8131 miles away. That’s worth $70 to me.
Maybe you could go pick it up cheaper??
Or decide if you want to bundle more parts together. Paying $70 shipping for a $70 rack can be a hard pill to swallow, but if you've got more farkles on your list in could work out.
You could also post a WANTED ad in the classifieds on this forum. Someone may have purchased one and decided not to keep it.

of course the chrome on is discontinued, so the black one it is for me. 
reason im getting one is the vintage drag races next year, we will use it to get around the track, and will be easier to strap water bottles there with a seat pad on it.
I might get it and duplicate it in stainless though.

I ordered the motoskill center and front from Beezdeals. Since I am here in Thailand, I actually went to their location to pick everything up in person. I met the owner (it is a husband and wife team I believe, I met the wife part of the team) and she was fantastic to deal with. My wife is Thai so they did most of the talking of course but I had a very large order for 2 bikes and the owner was so patient and answered tons of questions. She said she sells a ton of stuff on here U.S. Ebay store. I would not hesitate to deal with Beez and giving them a huge thumbs up. She is legit and cares about her customers...and she had a red CT parked there that was her personal ride so she knows the bike. I also bought a set of crash bars from K-Speed and they were also super good to deal with in person. Very high end shop that is doing some crazy cool custom stuff, including on the CT. Can't go wrong with either of them but for convenience, Beez sells all of the Diablo stuff on their site.
