The cable clamps will hold it secure. I think it will vibrate/bounce around a little.
OK - Looks like this project may just work.

All 3 lights should draw less than 5 amps (60 watts).
The alternator produces 190 watts charge at 5000 rpm.

I am hoping to get more amperage info from the vendors.
The 4 inch LED lights can be mounted upside down and the 9
inch Light Bar can be clipped on to the top rail of the front rack.
All wired to the battery? or (thru the Electronic Load Detector wire?)
thru an in line 5 amp fuse and controlled by 2 lighted handlebar
switches with the 4 inch LEDs using the 30 amp relay included
in the wiring kit.

Damn. I never anticipated the black screws would make that much of a difference. Looks awesome.
