Those are very nice looking, not sure how high I would stack them, probably not more than 2. I've have bad experiences with top heavy loaded bikes before. Although we've all seen the videos of the Asian countries where they haul more than a small truck on their motorcycles so what do I know, and in flip flops to boot, no pun intended

Harbor Freight made by Bauer. Stackable, o-ring sealed and can arrange in any way you want. These two cost $70
Hey Jim, I ended up incorporating the same system on my CT125. Only difference is I installed the larger Bauer box (in your 2nd and 3rd pic) to the rear mount; and, located it a bit more aft to incorporate a Harbor Freight ammo can which sits between Bauer box and the raised bar behind the seat. The ammo can opens on it's side, so it doesn't interfere with the operation of the Bauer box.

A couple questions:
1 - Have you noticed a noisy vibration from these boxes? I've noticed the Bauer box has a noisy resonance at certain RPMs on the bike. I think the root of this may be the latches. I used some Harbor Freight tool liner between the CT125 platform and the base of the box for dampening but it has not really improved the noise.
2 - Have you had issues with these boxes coming loose when stacked? I also bought the slimmer one which you have in these photos, but just have been worried to use it. My concern is with the red plastic locking feet dislodging when driving down the road.

Thanks,
Brian

Hi Brian, I do not have any noises or vibrations at all. It may be the handles, latches, etc., and while using the two boxes together, it's primarily on paved roads only along with a ratcheting tie down strap (do not trust the red plastic latches) over the top and lightly tightened down. My mounting holes are drilled into each box so they are interchangeable based on my needs for a particular trip, otherwise they are not on the bike while in town...just for traveling. And I ended up mounting them 90 degrees from the original picture, latches and opening are on the left side of the bike (while facing from the rear). So far they are great and hold a ton of camping gear.

Just picked this up today to mount on my front rack, I'm thinking of using small ubolts that I use plasti dip on to protect the rack.

Is it much trouble getting the bike on the center stand with one of those boxes attached?

It is quite easy. I had that concern early on because I'm used to center stands on bikes that are more than double the weight of the CT125, however, on the CT125 you can put one hand on the handlebars to direct the the bike backward and then put your weight onto the center stand foot tab and it will easily find its way there, no need to lift from the grab handle on the rear rack.
