Time from order to delivery?

May 2021 deposit, no.11 May 2022 no. 7 told the sales guy see you at Christmas he just laughed I walked out.
maybe 2023, kind of a joke at this point.

Six months from order to arrival in Amarillo TX. They got a group of six this week, one of them is not pre-sold.

The minute i got an email from Honda i called my dealer and put an order payment down. This was September of 2020. After 10 months of bugging them for updates on an ETA i was notified in August of 2021 that it was on its way to the dealer. I picked mine up early August and have been in love with it ever since.

11 Months from order to pickup.

6-26-23 filled out online form to request a notification when the next Trail 125 comes in. 6-27 received a call from dealer, they state I have been placed on waiting list. 6-30 received a call stating that my bike was in. They agreed to hold it for 2 hours. I arrived in time and bought it. When I came out of the sales office there was an older gentleman sitting on the bike checking it out. Turns out he was #1 on the waiting list but had told the dealership that he had to "think about it." Then they called me. He seemed disappointed, but he likely will not have to think about it next time.

I had a deal going for a Kawasaki KLR 650 just prior to the July 4th holiday and the people really jacked me around. I went to the local Honda place near my house and...... there the CT 125 sat in bright red finish! I knew of the bike's rebirth from the old days of Honda riding and also of the scarcity of the bike, today. I told Mike, the sales guy that I'd buy it. We waited through the holiday and on July, 5h, got a certified check from the bank and bought it.

The bike was ordered for someone who promptly disappeared. The bikes come in crates of two, so there's still a brand new one sitting on the floor. SO.... the bike dropped into my hands with zero wait with some strokes of luck along the way!

Looking back, I had a KLR 650 a few years ago and it was a great ride. I'm older now, so the KLR probably would have been too heavy and large for what I want to do in 2023. It all worked out pretty well.

From deposit to pick up 12 days..
I was shopping around and talked to Mike at
"Fun Wheels" he said 3 were coming, in about
1-2 months..they didn't know for sure..
So i put down 500. to get things moving ..
And they called 11 days later.. Wow..
I'm very happy with this bike..
