Has anyone found a USB charger that fits without the need to file or sand down the metal ring?

This one fit my 2021 model without any modification of the meter stay where it replaces the blank-out grommet.

The plug-and-play wiring doesn't work with the North American models as they lack the plug for it inside the headlight, so you'll need to DIY the wiring for however you want it powered, off the battery or powered with the ignition on.

Does it have an on/off switch? I'd like to wire it to the battery if so. Thank you for the reply BTW!

Yikes that’s pricey. What was the shipping? You could buy a cheap dremmel tool and ream it out and still have the tool for that.

It's a reputable brand and didn't require modification besides wiring to install so I didn't mind. Not sure what shipping cost as I ordered it with a dozen or so other items from Webike.
No on/off switch but there's an adapter for sale separately to plug it into the diagnostic plug clipped to the battery cover that comes on with ignition. I just wired mine to switch on with ignition through a Fuzeblocks FZ-1. The weather seal dust cap works great, my bike's been parked out in rain, snow, hail, ice, and dust storms without causing any issue for the USB ports *knock on wood*
