I will have to go back and look and see what all you did do. I got some info as to how to determine which wire is IAT wire. I haven't checked to see if it is correct,
but the procedure is to unhook plug at intake , and check ohms to ground on each pin of plug to ground when engine is cold. ( I presume with key off as it is an ohm test ) Record ohms measured at each pin. Start/ run bike to operating temperature. Shut off / measure ohms from each pin to ground again. The one with the most decrease in ohms is the IAT wire. That is on 5 pin plug harness on intake ,as there are two sensors on intake with one being a 4 pin plug wire to the ( MAF ) sensor? I am not what that is from schematic I am looking at. I found a 5 pin harness extension for a Honda civic that i believe is identical. Now if I can find identical harness extension for O2 sensor I will be able to install with out fudging with factory wiring. I a very particular about electrical connections as I do not want to be stranded due some SIMPLE PROBLEM.
