Looks awesome. Sounds great. Not listed on the US site. Wonder what the USD cost is and when it will be available

I couldn't find this exhaust on webike first time around..
Thanks dmoñkey for the link ..
Don said the demand is very high and there's a back log of orders possibly 5-8 months worth, so it will be some time before we see this exhaust in the states..
I will order one and keep everyone posted.😃

You bring up a great point..
One quarter of the bike's cost, show's me just how much were being gouged by japan,
Thailand, and especially china, for m/c parts sent here to the states..

I totally understand .. It sucks but..
It's only Money and when i compare my
CT-125 to my MSX-125 the trail Doesn't need many upgrades.. Exhaust, Suspension and some minor bling then ride.. The Grom on the other hand needed more to make riding enjoyable.. For me
Ohlins front and back is the only way to go..

I paid 1/3 the cost of that for a full tig welded stainless exhaust from webike, and i would guarantee it works just as well as that one. you're paying for the name, yoshi stuff has been overpriced for a long time.

Yes we're paying for the name.. But..
from top named company's, I'm getting quality, properly fitted equipment that lasts. "You get what you pay for"

its in the exhaust thread from last year. i guess it wasn't webike, it was from here:

still very happy with it and no lunchbox muffler. and no, not always. over priced is over priced. but value is in the eye of the beholder. Ive build exhausts from scratch, so i know a few things about them and what to look for.

Sure that's true in some cases, but let's see if it applies here.

Yoshimura Japan lists this exhaust on their site with a price of 110,000円 (yen), but once tax is added it's 121,000円 (yen). At today's exchange rate 121,000 Japanese Yen converts to $853.10 US Dollars. Fairly close to the $861 listed on Webike. The savings for folks in Japan is that they're buying domestic and not having to pay for international shipping.

In terms of value, you're buying a name brand (with racing pedigree, and recognizable enough that people make and sell counterfeit copies) exhaust with good finish that offers performance improvement and a very specific aesthetic.
Compare it to the YOSHIMURA Machine Bent GP-MAGNUM Cyclone TYPE-UP with the 2020 model year (JA55) performance charts, since that exhaust doesn't list 2023 (JA65) support or compatibility, and at a listed price of $419 the cheaper Yoshimura exhaust shows only slightly less performance gain on their terribly scaled dyno chart. IMO the other half of that price is likely paying for the very different design of the exhaust. There's nothing wrong with that, buy it if you like it at that price. If you think it's overpriced, it's even easier to not buy it.
Personally, at that price I'd be concerned about trying to protect the exhaust from tip over damage which is ironic since it's a "tactical" exhaust. If you are thinking of buying it and share that concern it might be a good idea to ask Yoshimura if there's a way for a US consumer to buy individual replacement parts. You can usually buy replacement parts from big name exhaust manufacturers, but sometimes the individual parts are priced extremely high relative to the price of replacing the whole exhaust.

WOW.. dmonkey. This is great data you have here.. and your right in your point that maybe it's only Aesthetics and what i happen to like.. And also Don at Yoshi said there price in the USA will be... $1160
So webikes price of 861 seems like a bargain even with Fed-Ex. shipping..
But there out of stock and back order's are piling up for this exhaust
My limit for exhaust is 1k so I'm getting ready now to order..
