It's listed for USD $861 on Webike
I paid 1/3 the cost of that for a full tig welded stainless exhaust from webike, and i would guarantee it works just as well as that one. you're paying for the name, yoshi stuff has been overpriced for a long time.
Sure that's true in some cases, but let's see if it applies here. You bring up a great point..
One quarter of the bike's cost, show's me just how much were being gouged by japan,
Thailand, and especially china, for m/c parts sent here to the states..

Yoshimura Japan lists this exhaust on their site with a price of 110,000円 (yen), but once tax is added it's 121,000円 (yen). At today's exchange rate 121,000 Japanese Yen converts to $853.10 US Dollars. Fairly close to the $861 listed on Webike. The savings for folks in Japan is that they're buying domestic and not having to pay for international shipping.
In terms of value, you're buying a name brand (with racing pedigree, and recognizable enough that people make and sell counterfeit copies) exhaust with good finish that offers performance improvement and a very specific aesthetic.
Compare it to the YOSHIMURA Machine Bent GP-MAGNUM Cyclone TYPE-UP with the 2020 model year (JA55) performance charts, since that exhaust doesn't list 2023 (JA65) support or compatibility, and at a listed price of $419 the cheaper Yoshimura exhaust shows only slightly less performance gain on their terribly scaled dyno chart. IMO the other hal's of that price is likely paying for the very different design of the exhaust. There's nothing wrong with that, buy it if you like it at that price. If you think it's overpriced, it's even easier to not buy it.
Personally, at that price I'd be concerned about trying to protect the exhaust from tip over damage which is ironic since it's a "tactical" exhaust. If you are thinking of buying it and share that concern it might be a good idea to ask Yoshimura if there's a way for a US consumer to buy individual replacement parts. You can usually buy replacement parts from big name exhaust manufacturers, but sometimes the individual parts are priced extremely high relative to the price of replacing the whole exhaust.
