The USA 2023 Honda Trail (JA65) might be missing the accessory power port in the headlight, same as the earlier model (JA55) in the USA. If that's the case for the 2023 model then you're left needing to pull power from other wires, connectors, or the battery.
There is a plug-and-play setup that uses the ignition relay, but unfortunately it is currently sold out:

Wiring something up yourself can be easy, even if you despise wiring you can use a Posi-Tap to tap switched power from the 3-pin ignition switch in a way that's less daunting than splicing or stripping wire from the factory wiring harness. If you end up leaning that way, there are a few threads with photos and videos on how to do it on these forums that you can study in advance. Wiring directly to the battery (with a fuse) isn't a bad approach either as long as you have an outlet that doesn't draw much (or any) power for itself and you unplug your accessories when the bike is parked and off. There's also always the option of paying someone else to do it if it's not something that interests you and you just want it done professionally.
