    Maiden Voyage

    Purchased on the 14th of December and then we (immediately) had a snow event and temps below zero Low 50's today and took it out for its first 61 miles. About half of that was gravel, down by the river.

    Dang salt on the roads

    No Riding Today !

    It was 38 degrees yesterday morning, and it's -9 F THIS morning. Welcome to Missouri weather. We also got a couple inches of snow, and it's been blowing around ever since. On a positive note, the winter solstice was Wednesday, so the days are getting longer !

    I wonder. They're made in Thailand. Do they sell a lot of them in Thailand ? Europe ? Asia ? What do you think ? USA mostly ? Best guess ?

    Charging overhead ? Available wattage ?

    Does anyone know how much extra juice these bikes make at road speed ? I'm guessing it's fine for charging a phone or GPS but.... Enough for heated grips ? Anything else ?

    We try to buy at our local dealers, but it's getting harder. Today I went looking for a battery tender harness for this new Trail 125 - and a quart of 10W-30 motorcycle oil. Honda dealer #1 had neither. #2 ? Nope. Dealer #3 had the oil only. Went into St Louis to a Cycle Gear store and...
