Try Ron Ayers website for OEM Honda parts. I've ordered several things from them, as they had the lowest prices on OEM parts I could find, and they had fast shipping as well. This item looks to be in stock and is about $10 cheaper their than I found it on a couple of other Honda OEM sites. Their schematic pictures can be slow to load however, so click on the "Pedal / Kick Starter Arm" box to find this part. I immediately hacked the rear of my pedal off on my '22 after it kept catching my boot, and knowing how cheap it would be to replace, I had no regrets - still don't.
