I'm in the process of adding a rear hitch to my Travel Trailer so I can carry my Trail on the rear of the camper. This is the carrier I'm going to use:

I haven't assembled it yet; the reviews are mixed but our Trails are pretty lightweight (~260LBS) so it should be fine.
I also have an old school MC Carrier made by a trailer company called Zieman. They are way overbuilt for what they are but mine works very well. I think the largest bike I've carried on it has been a Honda 450 Zieman was bought-out a few years ago and I don't think they make these carriers anymore, but if you can find one, grab it!
One thing I added to my Zieman carrier and will add to my new one are safety chains. I know, it seems silly but another layer of protection if you loose a hitch pin can't be a bad thing. Oh and I added a tailight/stoplight as well since whatever bike I'm carrying always seems to block my tailights.
