You can purchase many aftermarket ones on eBay, BeezDeals, and WeBike.
If you want the Honda Japan ones sold as official accessories over there, there seem to be 3 options.

BeezDeals has its own Ebay store. I just purchased a ton of stuff from them for 2 bikes. I have the good fortune to live in Thailand so I was able go their facility in Bangkok to pick everything up in person. Great owner, she even has a red CT as her daily driver! I would not hesitate to buy from them, though I am sure you will take a big hit on shipping of course.
