Sold Honda Trail 2023 Front Rack

Front Rack for $40

I got this for my 2022 without realizing it was for the 2023 model, so it doesn't fit.

US part # for 2023 & 24 models (JA65) is 08L71-K2E-A10
Japan part# for same years is 08L79-K2E-J10

Yes, that will bolt right up to a '24 in minutes.
(Can also fit a '22 and prior if you buy and mount the OEM "Meter Stay" from a '23 or later CT 125)

Yep, what @kevvyd said. That OEM front rack will fit all JA65 models (so far) 2023-2024 in the USA. It can be retrofit to the prior JA55 models with the JA65 meter stay (Honda P/N: 61350-K2E-J10)

The difference between the two front rack part numbers for the USA vs JP market... I'm not sure of, but haven't heard of any interchange issues for that part other than needing the correct meter stay.

Some people claim you need to also swap out the fork top bridge but I think that is completely unnecessary. I swapped only the meter stay and have had no problem with the rack or windshield mounted to it.

Low-Gear, how do you like the windscreen now? I read a thread from last year where you said it might give a slight aerodynamic advantage. Do you still think that? With the wind here in SW KS, I need all the advantage I can get.

Totally worth it IMO. Gives a little bit of protection from wind and debris and makes the bike look more complete. Also provides a nice nook for you phone, navigation device, etc.

I ordered one from a dealer in Canada for $230cdn, $160 usd. I’ll have a friend pick it up and mail it to me so $200 all in…..stupid expensive for the logo
