Hi Folks,
Got the bike out today and was checking the fluids, etc. Looks like I need to add rear brake fluid. Can you help me with some details on how to safely remove the plastic panel to access the rear brake fluid reservoir? I'm trying hard to learn these necessary things. Any and all details much appreciated.

If I understand correctly, the the center push button pin (outlined as purple) is to be removed first.

The Phillips head screw is removed second.

Last the tabs outlined as blue are pulled out. Is this correct?

I am a bit confused about the last step (blue). Are they just tabs? Do they pull straight out? I just don't want to crack the plastic.

If anyone happens to have a service manual or any other information/experience about this procedure, I'd be grateful for additional instructions to shed more light on this task.

You have no idea how freeing it is once you break a few tabs and get that over with. Body panels come off and go on EASY. Nothing rattles, nothing is barely hanging on, and no one knows but you.
^ this is funny because its 100% true!
