Anyone get these previously? Considering they're on sale for $20 off I am tempted

I bought a set a while back that were a different brand, MotolordD, but looked the same. They were white plastic with black paint that scratched easily and had double sided tape for installation. I decided against using them as they seemed cheap. I'd say go for it if you like the aesthetic, but I wouldn't expect the guards to offer a great deal of protection.

I guess these would give some protection if you were riding through brush/woods?

I'm running them and have no complaints, but haven't "tested" them and don't plan to, but they seem to be a good quality lens protector and they do use adhesive to attach to the housing but it'd some damn good sticky stuff on there. I would invest the $35. It beats nothing and the replacement cost of the
LED's justifies try to protect them some how.

How do they install, clip on? And do they rub the lenses at all as I wouldn't want to leave marks on them if I chose to take them back off at some point.

you peel off a backing and they glue in place. make sure you have them aligned because that is some serious adhesive on there. I need to post up some pics of my CT, I think you guys would like what I've done to her, she's a little urban worrier!

Do these cover any mounting screws and has anyone had to remove them if so how easy do they come off? Thanks
