Longer footpegs?

It seems that my US size 11 / EUR 45 boot tends to occupy the outermost end of the footpegs. Seems that longer pegs would suit me. Haven't seen any discussion on the subject or vendor product listings but would like to think that alternatives are available. Anyone have suggestions on the subject?

My boot size is 11.5F and I use the JDM Honda Rally footpegs. They aren't really any longer but they are more comfortable for me.
