Other drain plug, that isn't?

I removed the wrong drain plug with a 14 mm wrench and out came a spring and plunger. The correct drain plug has a 17mm hex head, I now know.
I don't have a shop manual or diagram. Help?

did same thing . plunger ,spring washer. manual says add 4.0 cm oil into push rod .before assembly

Yep, it's part of the cam chain tensioner assembly.

Plunger goes in first rubber tip up. Then spring with small end up and screw the plug back in. See above diagram.

There is a plug bolt that can be removed to prime it with oil. Honda recommend replacing the sealing washer when you do that.
