I have seen the same on 2022 model TR125's on cycle trader at local Honda dealers with in 100 miles. When I call them there sold or due soon and a $500 deposit will put you in line to get one. I called 5 dealers and only one had a TR125 2022 that just came in. So I went and got it few weeks ago. I have 81 miles on it now 46 miles bringing it home and 35 miles in town on the one 45 degree till winter came back. I am very pleased to have it.

I wonder. They're made in Thailand. Do they sell a lot of them in Thailand ? Europe ? Asia ?
What do you think ? USA mostly ? Best guess ?
Honda aren't bringing them into Europe, only way to acquire one in UK is as a grey import. I asked the Honda dealer when I got my Cub last year and they said not enough interest and/or that the emission standards couldn't be met.
Also contacted Honda UK and they again said emissions. I'd hoped that with the new Euro5 engine going into the 2023 model that would change but sadly not.

My only question is how does your daughter not burn her legs on the exhaust pipe?

Because I am prone to moments of stupidity but also curious (a terrible, terrible combination), I touched the heatshield on the exhaust immediately after a ride to see how warm it gets. It got warm, the kind of warm where I'd be a little uncomfortable long term touching it, but it was nowhere close to "burning myself" level warmth.

There are foot pegs that his feet aren't on and as posted above, its hot enough to warn you but not burn. He's been on motorcycles since 3 and kickstarting and clutching on the 65 for the last 3 years so that helps too!
