If you've got a deposit down and you're waiting, what news have you heard? I need to contact my dealer, he had no info except that they weren't even able to order the bike until 10/15, so I have no clue when mine is arriving. I'm going to shoot an email and see if I can't get an update.

Got mine December 10, 2020. # 158. Been colder than a witches tit from the time I got it, so it’s been sitting. Can’t wait for spring here in central Iowa.

And here is a pro tip for all the youngsters: Don’t leave the key in the “on” position the night you get your new bike. If you do, you’ll be YouTubing “where is the 2021 Honda CT 125 battery located”.

What wheels are on the Toyota?

I put it on the charger and now it's fine. Tried the kickstarter, nothing. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. The wheels on the Toyota are American Racing VN501. 5x4.5 bolt pattern, 15". Have 215/65R/15 Continental tires on them. I love these wheels. Have them in 17" on my 66 Wildcat. Got the wheels and tires thru America's Tire. 2 business days to get them.

The kickstarter should get the bike going even if the battery is disconnected! Still need to have the key in the run position though. Other than that, I can't imagine why it would not have turned over for you! glad you got it going now with a charged batter! Enjoy!

I do not believe any “modern” motorcycle, especially one with FI and electronic gauges, will run the way. Older ones, absolutely, but I can tell you from experience that even the modern motocross bikes need a battery in the circuit to run.

Mine along with 23 others are on a Boat from Japan as we speak, Hope it will be in the UK at the end of the month,
then we have a wait for a special test we need here as the bike is not an official import but a personal import..
could be a 2 month wait after it arrives:::red tape stinks:
