Sorry for the clickbait. If this is old news, you can have your click back.. LOL

When I travel to other countries that sell Honda CT125s, I like to carry a few USA Trail 125 stickers as inexpensive gifts. I had been wondering about the yellow color in New Zealand, and thought maybe that BaldRider was going to get his wish in 2024. Now that I see I can get yellow Trail 125 stickers at the parts counter at Love Motorsports, my local Honda dealer in the USA, maybe he will:

Here are the stickers I just bought, hopefully, you can read the part numbers:

Here are the reds, like on the 2020-2021 USA models, Red letters, red stripe around the edges of the side stickers:

Black, like on the 2023 USA Trail 125, and maybe the Canada 2023 Red? Black stripe around the side decals:

Yellow, maybe BaldRider's wish, possibly the 2024 USA Trail 125? Yellow stripe around the side decals?

I should have wished winning lottery numbers into fruition instead of a yellow version of a bike I already own. That yellow, though. Might be the best color yet.

Here is the "Old and Slow" that sort of summarizes the situation for those YouTubers who aren't on the forum. I don't have a Facebook account and would appreciate it if someone who does would repost it there, much appreciated.

Nice! *YR344* would also be "Turmeric Yellow" based on the name for other Honda motorcycles that have been sold with parts of that color code.
Looks like it may already be trickling into some parts fiches.

Cub House is proud of the yellow. I saw this today with prices and the yellow more prominent in the ad than the other colors. If you live in the USA and want green, you might think about buying soon.. "Just sayin", as I really don't have any inside information, and yellow may not happen in the USA. The prices are for various length payment plans with varying down payments. $2,410 USD appears to be the cash MSRP there.

The "Turmeric Yellow" color has now been announced in Japan as well, with a release date of December 14th.

I usually "HATE" yellow on almost anything but I have to admit that it works here.

I was checking CARB filings for the new Hydra-Glide Icon and looks like Honda did file for the 2024 Trail 125.

I don’t have the budget for a yellow one. The Mrs wants to get rid of all of the carpet in the house this year. For my sake (and my budget’s), I am hoping the yellow one doesn’t come stateside for ‘24.

BaldRider, It sounds like you now have a good excuse to make your living room into a motorcycle showroom once the carpet is removed..

dmonkey, thanks for that CARB update, and also your post just ahead of it. That answers half of the question. There will be a 2024 Trail 125. Now I am starting to think like Baldy. If we get yellow, then I have to get one as I already committed to it at my local Honda dealer, but I don't have room for it.. LOL. The release date of December 14, 2023 in Japan seems to have happened, base on this video from one day ago:

Turmeric Yellow has been confirmed for the 2024 USA model:
MSRP increase from 2023's $3,999 to $4,099 and destination charge increase from $200 to $300.

Trail125
As a nod to the Trail 90 and Trail 110 of the 1960s, Honda's Trail125 embraces a timeless, classic aesthetic while maintaining the approachable, versatile nature of its predecessors. Its authentic vintage styling is contrasted by state-of-the-art fuel injection, an electric starter, disc brakes and front-wheel ABS—all of which promote a comfortable and confidence-inspiring ride. This nostalgic miniMOTO is also multitalented, with the ability to thrive in urban environments and venture past the pavement's end for casual off-road adventures.

  • Colors: Turmeric Yellow
  • MSRP: $4,099
  • Available: March

Since I paid nearly $6k for my '23, the MSRP increase doesn't hurt my feelings if I could get one for sticker. I need to start working on the Mrs.

Dang that Baldy.. LOL.. Put down my deposit.. Went with my local dealer instead of a Powerhouse dealer, so I will have to wait a while for it to come in.

Poking around here,
https://powersports.honda.com/motorcycle/minimoto/trail125

I see 2024 Trail, Monkey, Grom, Super Cub, but so far, Navi is missing and not mentioned in the list of returning models.

I wonder when they will start delivering them. When the announcement came out last year and I put my deposit down same day at a Powerhouse dealer, it was about 4 weeks before I got mine.

Edit: I know the announcement says March but that doesn't mean much.

Also edit: Since green seems to be a one-year color, that means it is worth more second-hand, right?
