    Heidenau K46 tire's

Another tire to consider, these Heidenau K 46, I've not had a lot of luck with the shinko's eather for my lack of skills mounting them, or they are out of round or perhaps the ones I got were defective. So with these, I've eather got something good, I accidentally did something right or what...

Ride results with exaust / EFI

I thought I'd pass on the results of my minor mods on cubbie for those who have the new bikes trying to decide to bbk or not. So on my 2021, stock engine, with both cats removed and only the NK head pipe, and a simple opening of the air box, ( a PVC tube and a radiator hose) the change was quite...

    Poor man's left hand brake

I thought id share my experiment with a cable Left brake, I used a left lever for a CT 70, with a 60" cable. Some tinkering got me some brackets by the master cylinder. Shaving the shinko's

I imagine most have thought of this, but when I decided to do some Tennessee riding I bought a set of the 241s of wich the rear 2.75 is still on running fine and true... however the 2.50 on the front was bouncing like a rubber ball at 30 to 45 mph. Drove me nuts so I ordered a 244 / 2.5 for the...

NK head pipe / OEM exhaust

Just to let everyone know that I appreciate all the tech and stories here it's pretty cool. I haven't seen anything on the original exaust on here or the NK head pipe I got through eBay. Much to my surprise there are two catalytic converters in the original exhaust. The NK head pipe worked out...

    Left hand brake

Has anyone heard of adding a left hand brake to the trail? I have a issue up in the hills of the bike dragging the front wheel, and not being able to hold the rear brake with my foot. ( And stay upright) any thoughts?

fiberglass seat pan seat test ride

So I finally got a cover on the new seat, and although the first try at sewing vinyl was pretty bad, I was happy overall. so, for me, Id say its probably the best thing iv'e done to date. I was thinking of selling it and buying a larger bike. After a two hour ride, i still could have kept going...
