Bigger diameter. We compared it to an SF crank and it was much larger in diameter. Also making the hole it goes through in case larger as well.

    Clutch Spring Upgrades DONE

Put in Sex machine racing 60% stiffer springs. Wow that clutch cover is way more difficult to put back on when bike is on center stand. Found the Clutch bearing in the clutch plate is larger than Grom so you can’t use Hard Racing Billet clutch plate so I left stock on. The time and effort to...

    Upgrade clutch springs

Found she can wheelie bone stock so maybe no clutch upgrade is needed. Thinking of swapping my grom engine into it to see what she can do with some real power and a clutch. Any idea where they rob power to only allow 7hp instead of 9hp on the grom?

Headlight off on Trail 125 / CT 125

Looking at previous posts the black/yellow wire is the power. It’s behind the headlight if you put a switch in between there you can toggle it on and off when needed

    Upgrade clutch springs

Coming from the world of modifying groms we normally upgrade to 60% stiff clutch springs. Does anyone have experience with upgrading springs in the automatic clutch? Any idea what the reaction will be? Will it engage harder?
