Not sure I’m that handy but will figure it out.My top box is not Harbor Freight, but still plastic, and I used a sheet of aluminum composite as an interior floor to help distribute the clamping force so the washers under the bolt heads won't rip through the plastic as it flexes over time.
Expedition 134 top case storage box for rear rack
Inspired by @Clancy oto 's setup, I wanted to give the Expedition 134 heavy duty storage box a try. It's 55L, has a weather-proof seal, is lockable, and is supposed to hold up well to UV. Do you happen to have a link for this? Pretty sure I have the same top box on mine and I can't figure out how to get the dang thing off. Want to shift it back a bit to make room for a passenger seat pad.Just got this on Ebay. $115 with free shipping. Impressed with the quality for this price.
