For the last couple days, I've been inside the headlight bucket wiring the GPS to ships power, and rewiring the USB hub, using the adapter, and splitter wire recommended by one of the cats on the CT125 FB page. The headlight bucket is pretty full.

I had to zip tie the Garmin Traffic device to the main wire harness. I also installed the Zumo lock and larger Zeta windshield. The lock is pretty slick. Of course, it won't stop a determined thief, but I'll feel better about going into the gas station or getting a bite to eat.

I also installed a SYKIK TPMS.

I purchased this from Amazon, just for the adapter.

Thanks for sharing. I put my Zumo XT in my pocket when I go in places and it's an awkward size for a front pocket. The lock looks like a nice option to not have to deal with the hassle of that.

Need to see this parked next to a Harley bagger for width comparison
Is it an optical illusion, or does the exhaust side bag sit lower as well as being further out to clear the exhaust?

It's both. Through the power of Grayskull and my mad photoshopping skills, the top of the left side mount sits lower than the top of the right side mount (you can compare it to the blinkers), but the the top of the right side bag also sits lower than the top of the left side bag. Probably a quick adjustment away from being level. The bottom of both mounts is approximately level.

Did your bike looks like it's absolutely Bonkers and I love it. Mine has slowly been evolving into a utility truck from what I can tell. I want those side racks so bad it's ridiculous but I still have had an absolute fight with we bike as well as anywhere else I can find those things. I'm almost to the point of custom making the racks. I don't want to go with the soft bags though I'll straight up throw ammo cans on it and carry on with my day

I found that some of the other approaches people are taking to lock or deter theft of the Zumo XT basically just obstruct the release mechanism on the clip mount with a pin, or semi-destructively with a bolt. You could probably 3D print something with that approach. The clip mechanism on my handlebar mount took quite a bit of use to have a positive click into place. I did ride off once before it was "broken in" only to have it tumble off onto the road a few blocks from home. Not an issue for everyone, others seem to have had theirs click in fine from the start. A lock mechanism would also be useful for that purpose, just better securing the device to the mount when it's either not worn in enough, or worn out too much.

I had the GPS mount too tight on the handlebar mount, and it was hard to click the unit in place. I had to back the mounting bolts off quite a bit. It’s still solid, and it clicks in a lot better. I was also thinking the same thing, that the lock would help the unit stay on the bike better.

The sunshade just presses on to the front of the GPS. It fits well.
That doesn't surprise me at all. Being mindful that tight tolerance on a house is not the the same as tight tolerance on a jewelry box, $300 picks you up a lot of hobbyist printer that can get you a very dimensionally accurate result and tuning it does so even more. Even with a bigger nozzle than standard (faster prints but less detail oriented) I am easily achieving 0.05-0.1mm dimensional accuracy on my prints, enough to make custom fit nameplates and the like.

I like the idea of 3D printing, but it’s another interest I just don’t have time or space to do. I’m glad people are printing useful items. I’m impressed with clever stuff. I bought the portrait version of his housing. I just need to see if the mount will accommodate it.
