Congrats on the new bike! There are a few other threads with suggestions and photos of other people's setups.

I just bought a Milwaukee pack out toolbox (48-22-8425), cost $77.00. It is the same size as the rack, locks,is waterproof, and it is red! I couldn't even buy the material to build a box for that price. Will mount and get a picture in couple days.

Hi, Great choice. I went bigger and used a Milwaukee PackOut XL toolbox. Milwaukee Packout X-Large Tool Box — 16 1/4in.L x 22in.W x 17in.H, Model# 48-22-8429 plus a Milwaukee Packout mounting plate 48-22-8485. Use large wire ties to secure the mounting plate to the rack. No screws, washers, nuts, etc. The Packout latch system makes it very easy to install and remove the big or small tool box. Your smaller tool box can fasten to either the rack and or to the big tool box. You can also secure more items as needed including a ROTOPAX Gas Tank using the web strap latch slots.

I could not find this Packout mounting plate at Amazon and the nearby NH Home Depots were out of stock, so I ordered it from Northern Tool co. I used my discounts for free S&H.
The advantage of using this $30 mounting plate is to be able to use the Pack Out securing latch which keeps your tool box free from having mounting holes drilled into it. This keeps the box insides dry. Looking at the following picture, you can see a wide variety of ways to mount the plate: lots of holes, steel rods, slots and the reinforced pack out clamp section.

Picked up the bike yesterday and am looking for a milk crate/carrier box that best fits the rear rack. Suggestions please?
I’m pleased with my folding square crate. I can bungee large items on top of it collapsed.

My new rig. Steel milk crate - several coats of satin black - cutting board bottom with holes cut to match the rack - 4 M6 x 1.0 30mm bolts.
